Poedit does not like the file because of the header. So I edited it out and
everything was fine.

Although I now have completed the new file 100%, in the "Generate",
"Effect" and "Analyze" dialogs only a few combobox texts plus the bottom
buttons get translated.
Consequences of msgmerge, because now I have to generate two .pot files,
one for the C++ and another for the Lisp, then combine them.
I think it's harmless?
