[Audacity-translation] Uncleared meaning of "Left/Right at Playback Position"

I have finally found out the meaning of "Left/Right at Playback Position". For example, "Left at Playback Position" has two types of actions. When playing or recording, it left current playback position be the **LEFT** boundary of the potential selection, waiting for "Right at Playback Position"
