Release Candidate 1 (RC1) for the upcoming Audacity 2.1.3 is now available at http://www.fosshub.com/Audacity.html, for Windows, Mac and Linux.
We're hopeful that we won't need additional RCs for 2.1.3 and will go from RC1 to release.
