blindndangerousI think I know what you should do. When you are already in front of the fence, use the control + space bar key to jump and then press up arrow once while in the air to climb into the fence. Then you could press space bar to pick up metals when your up

Somebody please help me! I tried to explore the game by going south from the radiated city. I travelled the deep ocean and ended up on a map called unknown area. Now as I try to travel back into the ocean to go back to the city, I am not able to travel into the ocean.
