I figured out how to make the app work with nvda. Press nvda+f2 before pressing the arrows and it will read propperly.

You can use jaws OCR to uninstall it. I've successfully done it on all my computers that way, you ocr, then it makes the uninstallation screen accessible. you only need the demo if your not a jaws fan.
