Its not that windows 7 and are 8 are slow, Theyve just been optimised for hardware that didnt exist in the time of xp. Yes xp was great in its day. But the latest advancements in direct x is lost to xp as well as a million other things.

how are the apple bootcamp drivers these days? When I had to set them up for someone the provided NVIDIA drivers were a total fail especially when it came to jaws. Video intersept always broke the graphics drivers forcing the screen
