Hi TomSawyer.Well there is one good teacher on youtube I think the channel is called guitarjams or you can go to guitarjams.com. The guys name is marty something or the other and he will sometimes describe the finger positions hes using to play a song. Hes very nice you should send

Why are you trying to avoid taking lessons? Thats a great resource that youre not even considering.Most blind people I know who play guitar (or any other instrument) have learned to play by ear. If they dont have perfect pitch, some develop it, and learn from there.If youre not
