I did following. Create a new character in grizzly. Went to the bank, took a loan of 100 dollars. Went to the store, bought the weapon. Went to the bank, killed robbers few times, but nothing. After I killed the robbers for first time, I went to the saloon,

I think you might need to play a game in the saloon or something. I usually go play a hand of black jack or slot mach ines, and then leave. Make sure the banker has said he will tell the marshal about you. If you kill innocent bystanders this will not
