Does the Windows Skype client support it? I wouldnt think it did. There was a time when various Mac programs bundled Growl, but now that Apple have stooped to the level of implementing system-wide notifications this doesnt happen anymore.URL:

I dont know about Growl for Windows; it started life as a Mac app, primarily to add notifications to Mac OS X. It wasnt accessible unless you used TTS output. But OS X now has native notifications, like Windows and iOS, albeit not as advanced as those of Growl. Its
