Chooseyourstory.com is probably your best option. it's completely accessible and straight forward, and you don't need to have any programming knowledge in order to create an interactive story.

Chooseyourstory.com is also an option. You might want to be careful though because the community over there can get pretty toxic. But if you don't want a centralized platform for your gamebooks choice scrip is your way

You can use sunrise waterfal, from natan teh, it is'nt for that, but it is simple, and great, you can add sounds, and much more!
