mynoise.net works if you jjust want to listen to all kinds of different soundscapes. I think you can even by them as a file once you have found a setting you like. Or you could just record them. They have an iphone app that is free with some sounds

Hello;I don't know about soundscape software but there's naturespace for the IPhone. It's for meditation.It's free but you need to pay for the sounds. They are very good sounds but if you're looking for a free option, this is not the IPhone app

Theye's active soundscape engine, but that thing's abandoned, with no key to register.
