what about the mp3 files you copy on the dm series? i guess they are not read. i am planning to buy the dm-770, as i dont need the linear thing of the lsp4. as for the most accessible? definitely the eltrinex v12pro. not so good looking like

The Zoom products are usually pretty usable. The h1, for example, is simple nought not to require any voicing. There's really only one major thing you can do with it and that's "Just press Record" as the tagline goes.

The menus on olympus recorders have always been limitted in terms of accessibility, but all the most essential functions have always been accesible. I currently have the LS14, and am wondering if upgrading to the lsp4 gives me any advantages

I don't use these but aparently the microspeak from atguys seems to be quite good.Right now I use a soni px330.Thats an old pc px model, its got accessible dot on the play button and a dimple on record.Below this are previous and next, and a stop

Yes post 6, this is true. It has that, and it records in stereo as well. You can adjust how wide your zoom is and everything. The menus are not all accessable, but what you will be doing with the recorder, which is most likely recording

The LSP4 is the newest one in the catalogue if memory serves right and it is also equipped with voice guidance. Haven't used it yet personally, but might be one to look at.. or the new DS2600 if you want something more expensive. Not sure about

I just got a dm 720, and all the menus read, and it's overall an awesome recorder. It goes on amazon for about 100 bucks.

I'm using an Olympus LS-100, but not all the menus, like setting the date, aren't voiced... And I'm fairly sure that particular recorder isn't being made anymore, sadly. Afraid I can't really help other than that, but I'd be interested to hear what
