I don't believe it is a desktop shortcut. I've looked in the properties dialogue, but in the hotkeys field it is none. But whenever I pressed alt+control+e, eloquence for windows keep launches. I don't know w

I'm assuming this is a desktop shortcut. If so, go to your desktop, and find the icon for Eloquence. Alt+Enter on it, then in the keyboard shortcut edit box, delete what's there, then hit OK. That should remove t
