Re: Firefox accessible? What a joke!
Hi,I use firefox+Jaws, and so far, no problems found. Firefox works well with jaws as good as it does with NVDA. It's true that you should use virtual PC cursor off in jaws at times, but that is not a problem, or at least I don't consider it s
Re: Firefox accessible? What a joke!
Sounds like a Jaws problem to me. I was able to find that option perfectly using nothing but tab.

Figment has mentioned plenty of times that he prefers Jaws over NVDA. I think that's why we're assuming that he's using Jaws.

Re: Firefox accessible? What a joke!
Google recommends that NVDA works best with Firefox and JAWS with Internet Explorer. So I'm guessing that Window-Eyes, Supernova, System Access and all of the other screen readers don't have overall great browser support.
Re: Firefox accessible? What a joke!
Hello. True but people have mentioned JAWS so I thought i'd tell people how good firefox is with NVDA.

And, you know, JAWS. I'm sure they'll have it working fully with one and only one version of Firefox by version 18...which can be yours for a mere $120 with a SMA or whatever the hell price it is. Lol.

Re: Firefox accessible? What a joke!
If you're a Jaws user, you need to turn off your virtual cursor by hitting insert Z before browsing through the options. I'm not saying that this isn't an issue that should be looked into, but you should try this before jumping to ha
Re: Firefox accessible? What a joke!
No, web browsing in general needs work... I find it harsh to blame any one particular browser. IE is not without faults. One of the things I love about firefox is being able to turn off _javascript_ on the fly rather than having to wait a minute for
Re: Firefox accessible? What a joke!
Maybe this might make things easier for some. JAWS v15 treets the option as a webpage, at least in part. This is one screen I found that I can errow around almost like a webpage. I am not saying that your problems don't need looking into, but that
