Just FYI, for anybody finding GitHub confusing, emailing NV Access also works and you can send your bug reports that way as well. Somebody from there will eventually create a GitHub issue if necessary.

I think it's an iTunes issue, not an NVDA issue.Because I just tried pressing alt on its own to get to the menu bar with narrator and got the same result, that is , nothing.You need to press alt a to get to account,
