I found ibm viavoice 3.3
http://grossgang.com/tts/sapi_voices/eloq33.exeIt supports us and uk english, castilian spanish, french, german, and italian. The voices won't appear in nvda on windows 8 or above, but they will show on windows 7 if uac is disabled.Enjoy.
