To everyone in Android world, this is an absolute must-buy. Knfb has received qute the support boost from Google, and is now at, $50, no! $35, lower! $25, close, a little lower! $20, yes! Google, in full support of independence, is now taking control

I have never gotten KNFB to successfully read any kind of electronic display other than my computer screen, I believe it's because KNFB doesn't recognize the seven segment displays often used for displaying numbers.Also, those types of displays often have a shiny

Ok ok ok. I sort of dipt into my get an IPhone fund and got this app. The first I did with it was to read a screen from a radio i have setting on my desk. I guess I didn't get the cam lined up exzackly right, because I got a bit of trash. Any ideas on how to get

I use an elbow pod too. I've found that with a little care, you can achieve results similar to what you can get using a stand.

I hate to also be off-topic here, but have any of you used a stand with your iOS device with KNFB?I used a Justand Go Pro to help keep my phone steady. I can't seem to discipline myself to use just my elbows on the table. But that stand costs more than the app

Prizmo's cheeper, and Voicover does give you realtime guidance, but precision is still very much necessary, and the guidance isn't nearly as specific. Best to stay with knfb reader.

Hmm, slightly off-topic, how's the difference between Prizmo and knfbReader? I have knfbReader on my iPod 5G, but I don't have Prizmo... so really don't know much about it.

I think the field of view report really makes the process so much more convenient (going back to Jack's point about precision).Definitely looking forward to seeing it drop over 30% in price.Luke

I think that's the lowest it's been on sale for quite some time. I know last year it was down to $75.00, and I think that same figure emerged again earlier this year. Definitely worth the money!Luke

For those of you that might be interested in buying a copy of KNFB Reader, I just got an email from the NFB Newsline that said that from July 1st to the 7th, KNFB Reader would be on sale for $64.99, a savings of $35.Unfortunately I doubt this sale is available outside
