Actually, this depends on the synthesizer, not NVDA. Eloquence actually has an embedded command for turning on and off year processing, however passing it is rather difficult. In the short term, though, you can achieve that result by putting

That depends on the speech synthesizer you're using. Saying Twenty-five hundred is an eloquence thing, not NVDA.
