McAfee shouldn't be messing with NVDA. Though it's not bad in my opinion, I think Windows Defender is more accessible. Just uninstall McAfee, Internet Explorer and all those stupid video games and Steam that comes with those computers. Don't use Nortan

McAfee is horrible! I agree with the previous poster's suggestion of uninstalling it and sticking with Windows Defender. If for some reason you cannot or will not do this, try adding the NVDA folder as an excluded location. This should prevent McAfee from

just uninstall those antivirus programs. windows defender is really goood and symple. so i don't like external, i mean 3rd party softwares. windows defender is builten antivirus. so you dont need to have another antivirus software. i really hate 3rd party

A bump and update on things.* Checked Macafee. there was no devouring of the screenreader components itself. However, I'm not sure why it's functioning different from my other laptop on certain behaviors.*the accent thing was the voice it was using
