I also think it is browsser nav. here are the relevant docs:Many modern web applications, notably Jupyter among others, use edit boxes, that are not that accessible, e.g. they appear blank, but you can copy text in and out of them using Control

It doesn't look like it's Browser Nav, and I can almost swear I read about it on the official listing. I'll have a look back through my history. I'll check out HammerTools as well.
