Thanks, I noticed that the source list is not announced when empty. But context menu works. Yeah, sighted person told me that it doesn't look as it should so we will experiment. BTW I had issues with my webcam and solved it by uninstalling lenovo set

It involves using object nav with nvda. Even if you get the sources in the scene, you have no way of putting them in in such a way that it looks ok. You'd need sighted help or the video part of it could be taking one fourth of the screen or something.
