I've also been getting this, but only sometimes. I had this on a document earlier today and when I went to create a new one as I'm writing this to test this out, it worked normally again. It seems intermittent, at least on my end.

Hello,I am using microsoft office word 365 and I noticed that whenever I delete a word, undo, copy and paste, NVDA speaks stuff like delete back word, paste, copy etc. This interrupts my workflow, especially when I delete words, because I want to hear
