Theres the old tournament game, which is all text based and has no sound fx. As far as general fighting games go,theres the Savage gamut, but thats more like a boxing game. Theres also Clashers by CAE_Jones and (I think this quolifies as a fighting game)

Jeqo Prime is more mortal Kombat-like than Clashers, IMO, but it uses the 4:3 engine from 2008 that just confuses everyone, and there are a lot of incomplete characters due to lack of voices.URL:
