@5 I have an AMD processor too, but I can't say I've seen said processes appearing.With that said it could well be a conflicting program/processor issue, but I highly doubt it.

@2 the only add-ons I've got are eloquence, JGT, speech history and lion, so no dedicated audio ones.@3 that happens to me too, when it happens I usually press windows and A once or twice and then press alt f4 A few times and it goes away.It's annoying though...

nope, it's not. The notification disappeares pretty quickly, and I don't think ocr reads it for whatever weird reason. I have that problem with teams notifications, since they don't go to the action center, so have to get a sighted person to help me click the buttons before

I have a problem where I can't dismiss notifications to the action center, and sometimes NVDA will say new notification window when closing an app but there's nothing there

I don't know about the first, but for the second, I'd try switching synths and removing any audio add-ons. If it's happening with only built-in stuff enabled you should open an issue on their side.
