Re: problem with my page down key As stated above, Your key seems physically damaged.The key may be mapped to some other keys. However, It's not a good solution for constant use.If you need to map your key to something else for a quick work, Let me know which key(s) you want to map

Re: problem with my page down key HI.@adel.spence, I just tried control page down with NVDA and help mode and nothing happens, as in, that isn't a keyboard shortcut NVDA is aware of in it's help script.I'd recommend either buying a new laptop or buying a new bluethooth/external keyboard
