Re: STFC and Win 10 Registry wasn't the problem, at least not for me.  Microsoft might have dropped something obscure from the OS that the game relied on.  As in, some random component that existed in all Windows versions up to 8.1 was left out of Windows 10.  Too bad I haven't had luck

Re: STFC and Win 10 Maybe it is a registry problem.  A possible solution comes from the link http://betanews.com/2015/10/23/how-to-f … ms-part-2/Here is the suggestion from the article; try launching regedit and navigating to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\WindowsNT

Re: STFC and Win 10 It's a hit and miss situation. It's not a matter of just dependencies. If you can get it to run great, but it won't run on 9 out of 10 64bit machines. URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=253309#p253309

Re: STFC and Win 10 That's odd, because the machine that's running the Windows 10 Home X64 virtual machine has Windows 7 x64 Home Premium as it's host os on an AMD 64-bit quad core, and STFC runs just fine in that environment. Edit: DotNet 2.0 service pack 2, which is one of STFC's

STFC and Win 10 Hey all. Toying around with a VM of Windows 10 Home to test how well various things work on it, and I'm having a problem getting Star Trek Final Conflict running. It installs correctly, but when I attempt to launch the game, a quick error pops up then disappears about
