Hi.Urm, I just went ahead and defeated it, took me a few trys, you gotta up your level and weapons to beat that guy.My inventory is really cluttered with all kinds of low level weapons, I still don't know what to do

Hi simba,How did you beat Libra? A friend of mine is stuck on an encounter of a thing that seems to be really high level. This person uses OCR but isn't sure how to proceed.
