Hello,You can disable the unnatural pauses in narrator by unchecking the checkbox that says use pauses to determine punctuation Check Box. That way, the speech will be much smoother

Oh, Narrator doesn't really use Sapi in Windows 10 and should be much more responsive than before. It uses the Microsoft one core voices, a different kind of standard. They should work much better with a screen reader, and especially with Narrator. In my

These are cool enhancements. Hopefully the update will be available starting May 28. I'm still waiting for a fully accessible Advanced Startup Options menu and Narrator Remote Desktop support. Maybe those will come in 20H9?

hi.win-8 has better accessibility than the win-10.but if you want to do the update, you can upgrade.you can do this with NVDA, and narrator.Each time the PC restart, call narrator to configure the update process.you can have all you have in win-8.apps
