I think vlc can do this, but it's really complicated to get it to work. I have another much simpler program called wav to mp3 converter by Bill P, but I have no idea where you can download this as someone gave it to me years ago.

How does one operate such a program? There's no exe and I'm converting 3gp audio files, not video. Problem is, I am not sure how this works. I'm nto a huge command line user

e3GP conversion format
Hey guys, I was wondering if you would know a successful batch 3gp audio conversion tool. I have a buddy of mine who has a few soundtracks that somehow ended up in 3GP file formats, despite the fact his curent mp3 player doesn't even support this file ssytem
