Narrator on windows 7 with iTunes would be a terrifying nightmare.The first time when Narrator is becoming usable is the last version of windows 10, known as windows anniversary update.

Uh, good luck with that. Narrator on anything other than Windows 8.1 or 10 is basically a last resort, emphasis on LAST. It might help you out of a jam if your primary screen reader crashes, but it's probably going to be slow, cumbersome, and

Yes, windows key plus u. Then weight a sec or so and do alt plus n. I must tell you that I don't know how well it will work for you. All I know is that it is useless on windows seven and earlier for surfing the web and working in MS office products.

umm, to activate narator , press windows u, and then wait a sec , , then press alt+n

nah, i just want to use it for itunes etc, i don't want to install nvda on that computer so i want to use microsoft's own screen reader

What do you mean?Narrator exists on all versions of windows starting from XP, vista, 7, 8, 8, 8.1, and 10.Where do you want to enable the screen reader, when you format your computer?
