Yeah, as it's already been said, the lag would be too annoying in quick navigation, and the voices are still just a little bit meh to justify that for me. Oh, and by the way, it's spelled as "neural".

You could make a SAPI DLL for this, but the delay would most likely be unacceptable (even if its only half a second). (You'd also need to pay for that use as well.)
