There is a context menu on Spotify for Windows, but it's a tad clunky. The menu actually appears at the bottom of the window, and you need to either mouse-click on an option or perform the default action on a navigator object.

On windows you can do something like a copy and paste and press ctrl +c on a song and ctrl +v in the playlist to add it, and press delete on a song to remove it. You can also hold shift and arrow through songs to select them to either copy or delete them all. Hope

In some parts, you can swipe up and down to use actions and find the context menu

I have undertaken the rather ambitious task of reorganizing my library, and have found that it comes with some rather large problems. Mainly these are coming up because I have to do everything from the spotify client on the phone, and the interface is super clunky
