Yes, it did. To be specific, JAWS 14 gave you the option of using Vocalizer Automotive Direct, which replaced RealSpeak Solo Direct in earlier versions of JFW, and in JAWS 15, they gave you the option of using Vocalizer Expressive Direct voices as free

Jill is only available in Vocalizer Automotive, not Vocalizer Expressive, which is the latest version 3.0 for NVDA. Vocalizer Automotive is the earlier version 2, and I don't think no one is still selling it, but I could be wrong there.
