So, hi everyone. Yeah I know pretty random, I don't even remember when I posted here last. Lol. Anyway. 1. Ethin did indeed not fix the situation. I do not want to start a flame war here, however I do not wish to move forward unjustified. My accounts on NO-IP came back thanks to several people, not just Ethin's email, being sent. However, though the no-ip account came back, the services on that account were still disabled for some reason. So I was forced to do a domain transfer. And just an FYI, It took... 30 minutes. Yep. Not a month, or even 5-7 days. So basically, all I'm saying is that while it is true that Ethin apologized which I appreciate at least, it is not Solly his fault that the services are back. I just wanted to get my 2 sense into that situation, however with that being said, I will no longer talk about this situation publicly unless there is a very provoking reason to do so. 2. A way to start exploring the new maps. I won't give much
  away, because the people who spent great effort on these maps would kill me lol, and I think that it would ruin it for yall anyway. So first, make sure to use the /questlist and /questinfo commands to learn about quests that are available. /questaccept to accept a quest. If you didn't know these commands, that's a huge thing. And also, I will say this. From the mainland, there are things in every direction. So as people have suggested, start there. Then, just explore. Many maps are in all directions. Anyway, gonna go back to other things for the time being. See ya.

At a garage sale this weekend, I picked up an old hard drive (for free) that someone probably thought was trash. I grabbed it just to see if someone was dumb enough to leave their data on it, and sure enough they had.As a reminder to anyone who may be tempted to throw out a computer in the future, this is what I found during a quick look-over of the hard drive:- The owner's full name, email address, date of birth, address, and phone number.- Same information on the owner's husband.- Countless family photos (they had their wedding at the Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth).- Photos and info about the births of their 2 sons (full names, birth dates/times, lenghs, weights, and even what room number at each hospital they were born in).- Social security numbers for the owner and her husband.- Scanned photos of checks.- Full tax returns for multiple years, including several scanned signatures for the owner and her husband.- Acco
 unt names and passwords to several websites they used (some for paying bills).- Names and photos of many of their family members and close friends.- Full education history on owner and her husband, with such complete detail that I have lists of every class he took at different schools, dates he began and completed them, and his grades in each.- Resumes written by owner and her husband over the years.- Tax information about the daycare business the owner runs.- Tax information about the lawn care business a relative runs.- Odd bits of potentially useful information about the church they attend (they seem to have been involved in organizing events there).- A credit card number for the owner's husband, which may not still be correct since it was from several years ago.- Probably a load of stuff I'm forgetting, but also a lot of odd things that seem useless on the surface but could be useful in specific situations.So yeah.
 .. make sure you don't let your personal information fall into the wrong hands. These people are really lucky no one with criminal intentions snatched up this hard drive.My own old hard drives, and those given to me by family/friends, find their way into a fire pit to make sure I can't forget and leave anything important for someone after me to find.

And I would love the scattered menu guide as a holdover until you get the whole thing.In the meantime, Simba, follow these instructions after you press start to skip the intro movie.Assuming you are using ps4Choose your region, then press x.There's another menu, not sure what this is, so get past it by pressing x.Scroll down, holding down on the dpad and pressing x until you hear the confirmation sound, then repeat the process.After that, wait for the ding that you get when you move through menus, and press x. you should then end up in the main menu.

Nothing changes on hard accept:1, enemy's, bosses etc hit harder/have more HP, not sure about traps. 2, bosses are less forgiving. So, the game play would be the same, but everything has been buffed up a level or 2.

ok a few things. simba im not sure how to direct you from the spot you are stuck at. if you can either take a screen shot of your screen and post it I can have someone look at it, or if you are on the ps4 we can do a share play and I can help you finally get to the title screen, just drop your psn name.asult freak im not sure how to change your region, but I will find out for you, and I will work on an in depth menu guide opening all menus in the game, just give me a couple days on that, for now I have a scattered menu guide if interested. and last thing.if any of you need move lists/combos for characters, go to google, and type in the name of the character you want, followed by tekken zone .net. if done correctly it should be the first option on the list. now once on the page, its a bit clunky with jaws in my opinion, and throughout the web page it keeps saying dutch. if you scroll down to about the middle of the page, the entire move list is here.

Hm, well it is possible to stream through youtube, or you could try twitch as well. I believe you'd need some streaming software though like [Open Broadcast Software Classic], which is a free streaming or recording tool. I also say "classic" instead of Studio because the Studio version has certain accessibility issues when compared to the Classic edition.

How do you download a folder in BT Sinc? What I mean is join the folder, or get it on your computer so you can use it. I have BT Sinc 1.3.109. I went to add folder, put the secret in the place ware it says folder secret, then went to brows and chose to put it in my downloads folder. I clicked the OK button, and now it seems like it's sincing my downloads folder or something, it's not adding the folder I wanted. It says Downloads, 554 files, indexing, then it said it was done.

My problem is with mud that doesn't suport screen reader. When it happens mush-z only updates the output when i press enter, instead of vipmud that does it automatically.

problem with virtual recorder

Hello.I wanted to record my GTA V demo this evening but have a problem with virtual recorder. Recording from the sound card works fine, the problem is when i set it to record from both sources, so soundcard and microphone, the instand it gets input from the mic, it stops the recording. it records about half a second and just shuts off.Does someone know what the problem could be here?Greetigns moritz.

Phil: Actually no, these are all taken from conversations with NPCs. So what you're talking about are what we'd refer to as "ambient dialogue" which is placed in the stereo field at the unit's location. But then when you talk to a character you get all their dialogue right in front of you. That's what you're hearing here—so for example, you might tell the mercenary, "I don't need your services," at which point he says, "I'll just have another mead, then—maybe that will help this headache."As for the reverb idea, it's definitely one way of doing things, but really isn't an option once you're looking at trying to get all sounds, including sounds played in the stereo field, to have consistent environmental reverb for a given space. Anyway, our sound guy is on top of it and has told me all sorts of stuff that's way over my head—it's just a pretty in-depth and time-consuming process, and takes a lot of trial and error to get right.

i tried it, and the mous is mooving left but on the game it moves to the right. the mous works as it should outcide the game with no issues at all, even in stw where it's having mous turning it doesn't do this, so only in swamp. and i'm not sure how to get aprone to read it since he's busy with god knows what lol. thing is i just feel as if i wasted a month of my account for nothing lol. anyways, so that can't be the mous then then it must be the game that doesn't like something in win 10. my laptop is win10 dell latitude. i mean that derektion goes to west when i move the mous to the left in the game. but the sound of NVDA moves it to the left

I don't believe that is possible anymore because microsoft bought skype in its entirety a while ago; I think it was done some time in 2012 or 2013. Prier to that, skype could indeed be unlinked. Don't worry though as it won't affect you in any adverse way, even if you primarily use apple devices for skype.

Joseph,Thanks for the audio update.I figure these are the bare mono files of voices that will be placed in the stereo field as you walk by them.I've played some games without complex environmental reverb.They have two sound files, one with echo and one without.When the voice is played in a room it has the echo, and if outside it does not.It is crude but effective, but also almost doubles the size of the sound library.

I'm having a similar issue. I'm using a Win10 HP Envie with one of those new stupid touchpad mouse things where it's just one big square. Hate those, BTW. Even when I plug in a USB wired mouse, I get the same direction jumping. I've set sensitivity to low and everything. I also have an issue where Swamp seems to stop playing sounds until I touch the mouse or move, then it starts up again. If I'm just standing, I stop hearing footsteps, zombies, loot, and all. Not sure if It's a Windows 10 or a sound driver issue.

Lemme throw the idea out to my team and see what they say but the reaction the first time I mentioned Discord was extremely negative for a number of reasons, the biggest one being that we don't actually want a server or anything, and we don't want, for a few reasons, to be associated with gamers or gaming services for our team.FWIW I did read MS is retiring the olxedr Skype clients, which is a problem so as of July 1, Skype 4.3 and so on won't work. That being said...has anyone tried Jitsy and the web one?I'm idedally looking forfast, easy, accessible IM/voice calls that a group of people can jump on and leave messages, that does not requirer a server at all and is not in any way asssociated with games or gamers (because one of my team has a strict internet filtert  that blocks any gaming related sites, which means, oh, no Olympic news for them), and they cannot change it at their work. Which sucks. So, Discord is out as in that filtering
  software it's calassed under gaming and thus blocked.

@Kyle: We posted at the same time but here's the short version:One of my team I hang out with has a strict Internet filter that blocks all voice communication stuff that can be downloadd as 'gaming software' and blocks that due to company policies, so unfortunately TeamTalk is also out, and from what I got told just now the website trips the filtering software for...get thisunauthorised software. I really, really do not like the company my friend works for, butIf you know of any others feel free to list them please as I'll pass them along to my group and see what we all agree on.

lolz, wireless mouse? batteries in backward, that was a joke... I got no fraggin' clue, I don't really play swamp anymore, but when I did, it worked fine. I can tell you a way to find out if its the mouse or not though, if you use NVDA go into mouse settings and turn on the following option:  "Play audio coordinates when mouse moves". When you do, you will hear a series of tones, as you move the mouse left and right, the tones will pan in the direction you moved the mouse. As you move up and down, the tones will ascend and descend in pitch. This of course, means you must make sure you know how to put your headphones on correctly, . But if you're sure they are on the right way, and you move the mouse left and the sound pans to the right, its the mouse acting stupid. I don't really know what to tell you to do about it except to reinstall the batterie
 s if it's wireless, and unplug and replug the dongle into USB. Or just unplug and replug into USB if it's a corded mouse. Install the drivers for it, you most likely didn't get a CD, actually windows should do this automatically, and aside from that, its a simple HID device, it really shouldn't require device drivers just to work correctly. I'm really just grasping at straws though because I've never seen something like this. If you do this test and the mouse works correctly, and then you go into the game and its all backward again, the only thing I can tell you is to report it to Aprone.

Well, as far as I remember, Tekken tag onwards did away with character themes and just stuck to stage ones. And this game lets yu assign tracks for menus as well as stages where applicable. But it definitely isn't the easiest to use.

Hi.Only problem is that the trick with scroling down does'nt work. I hit x continiously till I cant hear a sound, I scrol down with the D-Pad and when I hit x, I return to the last menu. Also, when I scrol with the left stick it instantly takes me back to the screen, I dont know what that is, it has options in all four directions.Greetings Moritz.

Ugh CAE, random lag is never a fun thing to diagnose!  I wish you luck on that man.As for the plants, the solution would depend on what is actually wrong with the plants, but of course you're stuck guessing on that.  If the plants aren't getting enough sun, a neat trick is to put a small amount of sugar into the plant.  By small I do mean small, haha.  I've done this in the form of a small pinch of sugar next to a plant, tipping a soda/pop to pour a tiny bit on them, or a dab of honey.  Basically whatever sugar source you have lying around.  Too much will cause it harm, but a small amount can counteract the effects of the plant not getting enough sunlight.  More than anything I've done this on house plants that don't get as much sunlight as they would if outside, but I suppose enough cloudy days in a row is sort of the same thing.

I definitely agree with that misunderstanding with audio games.I think we both agree on that lol. We just have different approaches. I've been a part of the indie dev community for a few months now and it's clear to me a few things:1. People love graphics and its easy to show off on platforms like twitter, facebook, discord ect.2. Indie dev accessibility is pretty different than what audio games is doing. Mostly is 3D sound placement and implementing accessibility as found in other basic applications3. imho Indie dev accessibility communities seem overly focused on politics and less focused on community solutions to accessibility, with a few exceptions.4. despite this accessibility IS growing for sure and people are gaining interest.In short, the indie game dev scene for accessibility is pretty limited right now and doesn't seem to be pushing any boundaries, and is distracted by political/moral issues instead of the technical i
 ssues in front of them, at least on the blind side. I'm currently trying to breach this community and I want to see if I can help take a couple of the other audio game devs with me so that this tech that we've been working on here can finally breach mainstream. @smoothgunner star conquest is what I consider to be the father of all the space moos that are online today such as promo and cosmic rage. It opened first in I believe 1995, and was shut down in 2005. That's why miriani came to be, in 2006. In 2009, star conquest reopened under the name "star conquest. The catalyst" (I believe that's its full name now), though the old moo still runs under the name "classic star conquest". Like most space muds after it, sc involves you working as a pilot for one of the four main playable alliances doing activities for credits, the game's currency, or points which must be acumulated to unlock new equipment. Of these points, there are different catagories, e.g. industry points for doing activities such as salvaging, asteroid hauling etc, space combat points for participating in combat mission, ground combat points for battlesuit related activities, exploration points for bringing back artifacts or surveying unknown 
 planets, etc. While sc doesn't offer as many activities as other spacemuds do, the activities it does have are incredibly well designed and thought out. IN sc there's none of the crap you get in new muds where you buy a fancy new ship, go do some random activity, type a command to begin the activity, and sit there typing repair blah every so often. In asteroid mining for example, you get assigned a section of asteroid which you must mine by constructing buildings to mine the ore, process it, defend your site from hostile poachers, provide power and a lot more, while managing drones which do most of the heavy lifting and operating. Another example is the ground combat system. You buy a battlesuit (every alliance has one type and there are some harder to get but very powerful ones), and then precede to outfit it with different modules for various kinds of weaponry, armor and abilities. What modules you can get it defined by what suit you use and what teer the suit is at. The
  one major thing that puts people off from playing the game is the strict enforcement of roleplay if you want to be a fully licenced pilot. When you create a character and select an alliance, you usually start in cadet status which means you can't get any ships except the flitter, fighter or cargo hauler, you can't sign up for an einrophone plan, and you stop earning points from activities past 100 in all catagories. To get past cadet status, you must write a character profile with a history, a character personality, and your character's goals. Once you've gotten past that though, any points you may have earned past 100 in all catagories will be given to you gradually, and you can buy all the ships and equipment, plus get as many points as you wish in all catagories. Also, there's lots! of help files that try to make the profile writing process easier. The entire help catagory "background" gives you information about everything that happened in sc 
 up to now, and also tells you quite a bit about the alliances and culture of the universe's inhabitants as well as other races. The help catagory "profiles" has help files in it that give you pointers about how to write your profile, example profiles for each of the alliances, things you shouldn't include in your profile and of course an "advanced profile" help file which tells you how to get the most out of one profile. While I've lost my motivation to play, my character still exists in case I want to come back to it and I can only recommend it to anyone interested. Connection info is.moo.squidsoft.net, or 7771.

issue with swamp

issue with swamp

yo guys, so now i'm having a problem with swamp, i'm using an win 10 dell laptop and a tech net mous which i bought today,. my problem is that whenever i log on to swamp and start mooving my mous derektion changes automatically when i stop move the mous, also the game kalkulates everything wrong if i move my mous to the left it takes me east instead  of west. i've tried turning off mous sencitivity and that crap both on my pc and swamp and it didn't help, touchpad is off too. also, sometiems when i log on to the game it puts me to another window and when i tab to swmap again and the char selection menu comes up, i select my char and instead of saying connecting to master server it says, server/client and then i get logged in and the game starts changing derektion before i even moved my mous. anyone know how to fix this thing? i've tried running swamp in full screan but that didn't help eather. i really wanna get back to the game so any help would
  be nice even if you're not sure if it'll work.

issue with swmap

I did manage to get a replacement key for Paladin of the Sky when I got this computer, but I get the feeling that was a one-time thing. Needless to say I've been doing my best to back up all my non hardware-specific unlock codes as soon as possible after I get them. Of course I've been doing that for years but for whatever reason I don't think I did that with my first Paladin key before I had to switch machines. I can understand why Aaron has this policy even if I don't agree with it. After all he puts a lot of trust in his customers, as do all devs who use the name/key system.

Thanks for all the kind words, guys. Here I was worrying that this demo was going to fall flat because it's such a small sample of the range of voices and characters in the game. Instead, you're all hyping the game so much, if you're not careful, there'll be so much hype that no game could ever hope to live up, haha. Here's hoping we don't disappoint!Nuno69: There isn't a goblin in the demo so I assume you're referring to the part where he says, "I can't believe it—you're no goblin!" I think we've discussed environmental reverb before, but here's the recap: one of the things on our sound designer's very full plate is working on environmental reverb profiles for the different game environments. The reason we aren't promising that this will be included is that it's actually proving very difficult to get environmental reverb to work in such a way that it gives the realism we're looking for and doesn't sound overly artificial. I do think we're going to get there, but we're not so committed to it that we will include it in the release even if it doesn't sound good. Considering that an RPG with fully-voiced dialogue is already a rarity in the world of accessible gaming, here's hoping that minor aesthetic touches like environmental effects won't be enough to make or break the experience. But I do hope we'll be able to get them tailored to our satisfaction.

Well dark, yeah you're right, my keys also do exist in an external hard drive which I'm also backing up the whole of my stuff on from time to time. I think Aaron -if he's already so- doesn't accept key replacement orders for piracy reasons, though I'm sure he can deactivate the orderer's previous key. Other devs accept such things to happen as a normal customer support -which is truly is-, so I don't know what's the case with VGStorm.

Well dark, yeah you're right, my keys also do exist in an external hard drive which I'm also backing up the whole of my stuff on from time to time. I think Aaron -if he's already so- doesn't accept key replacement orders for piracy reasons, though I'm sure he can deactivate the orderer's previous key. Other devs accept such things to happen as normal customer support -which is truly is-, so I don't know what's the case with VGStorm.

Hi,As for the magical ball, I have beaten the game, but still I can't see the platform at 41 at all.Is there something I have to do before that?Edit:I have beaten the game on hard if that makes any differences.

If you have beaten the game, you can grab the super UFO. If you go to 0-4, you should get a weapon called the Magical Edge. There is a wonderful weapon called the magical ball. To get to it, go to 20-3, go to 39, 0 and then super UFO up to as high as you can go. Then keep holding down space and go right to 41 and drop down on to the platform. From there, detonate a few C4 bombs and something great will happen. Equip your magical edge and press R to put it into reflection mode. When the boss fires thunder, you will get pieces of magic which you can use to build the miracle edge. When you feel ready, go off reflection and strike the boss using the magical edge. When you kill him, you will get the magical ball to keep.
