Oh damn, my dear. You are only at the very beginning of the caves.You need to keep finding the way upwards, and this place is really huge. Keep working your way up until you come to a big hall, where a lot of paths leads to the east. Watch out for big gabs, and look for wholes in the walls which you need to jump through. This place is so huge so making a walkthrough would be nearly impossible, and that would spoil the fun as well.When you have come to the big hall with all the paths, you have a lot of choices. The easiest way out is the path in the north east section. When you have taken this path, you still have a quite long way to go...I'm sorry that I can't be more helpful at the moment. That's the most helpful explanation I can come up with.

the one problem with PSX though, no native code support, so no stinger for the first wolf battlealso PSX doesn't seem to like metal gear solid integral last time I tried, which means the play in first person view option from that version isn't available, which is a shame because I bet it could make parts of the game way easier

Exactly. The only exception in the big companies here is EA which is doing an awesome job. Possibly Nrs too, but that's all dependent on whether they continue improving the framework they built or if they intend to leave it as is. Time will tell.

@Jlove It's one of two things, the ladder being the more likely depending on which dev you encounter. One only comes down to laziness on the dev's part, which is self explanatory although still makes no sense. But when we're a low-incidence, they sadly have their excuse, all be it not a valid one. The second is the publishers. Most of the major game companies go through a publisher, and let me tel ya, the publishers, all they care about is what rakes in the cash for them. This is why you see more indie game developers surprise/impress us with accessibility than you do big-name companies. Simply because even if a dev gets the idea to add in accessibility then runs it by the publisher, since they'd have to run it by the publisher, the publisher could dismiss it as a waste of investment, shrug it off, and tell them not to implement it. Now you'd think that the devs, as powerful as they are, would confront these publishers about it, but when it comes to benefi
 ts and a job at risk, they'd rather stick to what they're doing than risk losing their corporate relationship with their publisher if even for the greater good.

So am I correct in assuming that I should place the geometric/trigonometric/other math calculations in void move(double DT)?  The reason I started creating a math.bgt script was because I was hoping that I could simply place the concrete and immutable math formulae in one place, then just pass any vector, angle, etc. to them and get results on the fly, if that makes sense.  However, I'm not sure that that is possible.  Let's say that I put the formula to get magnitude in the math.bgt script:float GetMag(float x, float y, float z){return mag = square_root(vector.x*x + vector.y*y + vector.z*z));}I could see a problem where I've got a vector velocity(x, y, z), and vector position(x, y, z).  Let's say I want to find the magnitude.  I'd want to just be able to do this in the code:GetMag(velocity), GetMag(position), etc.But the problem is, don't the variables have to match correctly?  I

Slash works even better than charge imo, if you have vibro blades installed. And...well that's something I've been considering bringing to the ims's attention. It's quite meh for unremorted people...though I actually find experience rather easy to come by. It sucks to find good area to run that gives you full cap at higher mort though.

I've heard of the Dream Gear stuff myself, since while I didn't have one, I knew a few guys who did. I did play a few Waixing games on some Famiclones as well, which are games that I love oh so very dearly.In case you're wondering, that was sarcasm. Can you believe they still have their entire Famicom library available for sale? Who wants to volunteer and buy all of their carts? I won't, but the only thing I would buy them is to dump the ROM and make an NSF out of them, which I have a collection of a ton of NSF files from their games which I got from an NSF archive maintained by MrNorbert1994.Another company's games I played on Famiclones were Hummer Team's games. One Famiclone I played was one called the Samuri. Think of it as a cross between a Samurai and a Somari, lol. Anyway, jokes aside, it had a total of 60 minigames selectable from the main menu. What makes this one different is the chip that the console used. It was VT03 based, mea
 ning that it had an enhanced color palette. The minigames were of different genres as well. The music on this plug n Play system was recycled from different games from Hummer, but I believe new songs were composed and remixed for this multicart, since my Hummer NSF collection (also from MrNorbert1994) doesn't seem to have the songs featured in that multicart. I managed to get my hands on a Focus 40 Blue from a friend for an unbeatable price about a year ago. I haven't experienced the dots being especially prone to wear, but then again, it hasn't been used especially hard. My reason for this, while I do enjoy the seamless bluetooth pairing, is that I miss the days when I could load books onto a notetaker and read them on a standalone unit. Whether my Focus is tethered to my computer or phone, that's still an extra device that it needs to go through in order for me to read books. My computer doesn't have bluetooth, so I end up needing to use a USB cable. This presents a problem, since I used to enjoy reading while curled up in bed, which I can no longer do unless I use my phone and Voice Dream Reader, which for some reason just feels awkward to me. Even if I buy myself a bluetooth dongle, that's just one more device to filter things through, which just seems laborious even though it logically isn't.So
  yeah, even though the Apex, which was my previous display, had its fair share of issues, I do miss it. I also had a Braille Lite 40, which weathered a huge chunk of my life with me, so I definitely understand the nostalgia for the Blazie Engineering line of products. The battery life was excellent, the file system relatively stable, and file transfers were smooth. Well, as smooth as they could be with floppy disks of questionable quality, and HyperTerminal doing whatever it did sometimes. Lol.Ideally, I'd like to get my hands on something like the Orbit Reader, but not necessarily that. My patience is wearing thin because we've been promised this display for months and months, and no clear cut release date has been set. I've also heard conflicting reports on whether it is actually useful for a fast reader. Also, while the cost is certainly less prohibitive than everything else that's on the market, I'm wary of spending that kind of money on a product
 t I've never seen which has such a shaky start. In short, I would like a barebones note taker that I can use for reading conveniently, nothing more, nothing less. I don't mind if I don't use the document creation features that such a note taker would undoubtedly have. I would rather type using a qwerty keyboard these days. But I always have, and always will, love reading in Braille, and I despise audio books. So ever since I lost my Braille Note, reading any books has pretty much come to a screeching halt for me.

Are there only certain people who can use the hyper buster blade to block? Not the buster blade. Not the super buster blade. The hyper buster blade. Hitting r doesn't change anything on the hyper buster blade. Hitting r toggles between two modes on the buster blade. Hitting r toggles between two modes on the super buster blade also. Hitting r doesn't do anything while wielding the hyper buster blade. Does it matter how you wield it? do you have to choose it from the weapons menu? Do you have to have it set to a carried weapon slot? I hate to be such a ninny about this but whenever someone asks about it, the immediate and seemingly automatic response is to say press r to toggle it on or off. It doesn't work, and it's been known to not work for a long time, at least for me. And this is over several updates. I'm inclined to think there's a bug that will likely be fixed in a future update. But for right now, the hyper buster blade doesn't appear to h
 ave a blocking mode. I'd say if you need to block attacks, use the super buster blade, or the magical ball set to light mode if you have it

That is true, the sound chip of the Famiclones were modified, because there are dumps of those ROMs and in the emulator sounds good.You can check in one of the videos above. I did not have any Power & Play, but I've heard of it. In addition, 2 DreamGear consoles were dumped to play those games (DreamGear 75 in 1 and DreamGear 101 in 1).I still keep my DreamGear 121 in 1, and it is in perfect condition. But I do remember the joysticks, the NES zapper (which was the gun to play Duck Hunt).Also what I remember is that the games sound strange due to the cloned sound chip of the 2A03 (in the PolyStation the 50% pulse is the 25% pulse in the original NES, and the 25% pulse in the PolyStation is the 50% in the original NES). Perfectly in any video review of this console can be noticed.No

That is true, the sound chip of the Famiclones were modified, because there are dumps of those ROMs and in the emulator sounds good.You can check in one of the videos above. I did not have any Power & Play, but I've heard of it. In addition, 2 DreamGear consoles were dumped to play those games (DreamGear 75 in 1 and DreamGear 101 in 1).I still keep my DreamGear 121 in 1, and it is in perfect condition. Hi. I had a Famiclone as a kid, and I played the heck out of it, since I am partially sighted, sadly it caught on fire years later, literally. Of course, six year old me at the time versus nineteen year old me now didn't know about anything Famicom related. The unit was called the Power Player Super Joy 3. It had two controllers and a light gun for shooters. The two controllers were shaped like a Nintendo 64 controller and a Sega Genesis pad. It could also accept regular Famicom carts since it had a slot for those. The N64 controller was the main attraction here. It had a built in multicart that claims to have 76000 games with 1000 ways of playing them, but it only had 76 games with repeats. It had mostly pirated versions of official games like Contra and Super Mario Bros. There were only two unlicensed games on there, those being Tetris by Tengen and Magic Jewelry by Hwang Shinwei, which was a clone of Columns. It had an issue that plagued most Famiclones and NES on a 
 chip devices where it swaps the 25 and 50 percent duty settings on the pulse channels, 75 percent was unaffected. Call me crazy but I'm in the minority and actually like music and SFX that way for some games, which is why I use NSFPlay to listen to my NSF files, not just for its accurate emulation.

It basically consists of running around the map murdering your fellow human beings in a number of diverse and possibly very painful ways. ++2: account system.Since a lot of people got confused on how accounts work, I will be outlining this here.There is no actual account system. You simply choose a name and log in with it. Character theft is not  an issue in this game, as characters lose all their items and ammo when they die or log out. The fact that items do not save unless deposited in certain places is deliberate and attempts to stop players from getting too powerful over a long period of time. Do not even think about trying to impersonate Sam Tupy or Mason Armstrong, you will most likely be caught because of how their and your name is formatted, and hit with the ban hammer!++3: game basicsmovementRedspot is one of the few games that supports full on 3d movement. That is, a full 360 degrees walk around system plus a height system. The current map of redspot consists of an empty area in the south half, really nothing much to speak about. There is a small body of water in the south west area, with a bridge going across it, you can also walk under the bridge. The north half of the map is a forest, unfortunately no trees to blow up by accident. There are several towers around the map for you to fortify and use. Their coords are 60, 60, 60, 260, 60 460, 260, 60, 260, 260, 260 460, 460, 60, 460, 260, and 460, 460. The great thing about these towers is that they can be used as refuge when item grabbing, because climbing them takes a long time and the only thing that can hit you is a rocket fired from the next closest tower. If you have team mates with you, those rocketeers can also be delt with. On the 500 coordinate, a series of steps start which are climbable. When you reach the top you will gain access to another grassy area. At coordinates 645, 501, there is a breach within these steps that allows you to walk through. This brings you into a stony area located under the grassy one. The system reserved partition houses the windows recovery environment. If your computer shuts down in an abnormal way, you can choose to go into this environment and performe repairs on your windows install if required. I also beleive this partition is required when using bitlocker drive encryption for your entire OS. There is no screenreader in this environment, and bitlocker will create the partition if it wasn't created by you when you turn it on, so you can just leave your partitions as they are. Next time when installing windows, you might want to select the disk and let windows handle partitioning, by just not creating any and just telling the installer you want to install windows into unalicated space.

Hi,Today I come with a somewhat strange question. Have any of you had a Famicom clone or have any family members had one?The clones of Famicom (or also called Famiclones) as the word says, are clones of the NES; Many of the cartridges that came with it were bootleg. Some games were made in Russia, while others were developed by Chinese companies such as Waixing, Nanjing, JungleTac, et.The songs of the games were quite cheap or incomplete, and many did not like it.The best known were the multicarts that came with the console, such as 999 in 1, 1000 in 1, 120 in 1, etc.I had a PS 1 clone called PolyStation, which came with a cartridge called "999 in 1 KD-6037-B".Here is the video of that multicart.Another one I had was one called DreamGear. There were several versions of that clone, some were handhelds, while others were Plug 'N Play. 
 There is the DreamGear 15 in 1, 50 in 1, 121 in 1, etc.The DreamGear did not need cartridges to operate, only batteries, and in the case of Plug 'N Play only a cable was required to connect it to the TV.The games of the first models of DreamGear were developed by JungleTac and the later versions the games were developed by Waixing or Nice Code Software.I had the DreamGear 121 in 1, and the DreamGear (I'm not sure, but I think it was 50 in 1) that is a flyer that connects to the TV, and of course uses AA batteries.Here is the video of a gameplay of the DreamGear 50 in 1, part 1, part 2 and part 3And finally I had a joystick class that is a Plug 'N Play that connects to the TV, and has games developed by Waixing and Nice Code, uses 3 AA batt

Mahdi's ban was just for a month since I couldn't believe we actually had to ban someone over the repeated requests to be unbanned from online games. Hopefully when he comes back he will get the message, though if not it is quite possible he will be banned for longer, still, either way no point raking this up again especially in Mahdi's absence. After all, if he does indeed learn his lesson as I very much hope he does, further discussion of the reasons he was banned wouldnt' be exactly in good taste, like harping on about the crimes of someone  had been sent to Gaol, got out and was now making a fresh start. On the other hand if Mahdi doesn't learn his lesson after a month's ban its likely that no amount of castigation will do much good. Finally, to be absolutely honest, I don't really think it's exactly nice to snigger about someone's bans or make jokes. That we must occasionally ban members to ke
 ep the peace is unfortunately part of running a community like this. we try to keep it to a minimum, since its much better for the community as a hole to solve problems with reason and arguments than blunt force tactics like bans and closing topics (that way leads to Nazi moderation). However on the rare occasions bans are! necessary, they're not really something to laugh about, they're a necessary evil, though I will admit Mahdi's is probably the weirdest ban we've ever done, since having to ban someone for his repeated requests to be unabanned from other games is just plane bizarre!

@BigGun, I think the weapons themselves are neat and as I understand it, there might be reasons why you'd wish to use the rockets especially for killing, as they can hit multiple robots at the same time, but I don't know that for sure. I currently don't have even close to enough dough to try out the rockets, but either way, I'd personally not wish to worry with whether or not my shot would accidentally send someone back to the safe zone. haha Take care.

I persisted and figured out the menu system, where I thought that you were expected to use something like first letter navigation, it turns out that you instead use tab to move from choice to choice.I may bitch a bit while trying to figure out what's going on but I generally keep at it until I figure it out. Like a dog with a bone, I just keep gnawing at it.What would have been helpful is a small read me that explains the games controls. I just sold a weapon, sold all the 5.56 MM ammo because why not, then realized I didn't get any of the money back for it. I ended up buying more 5.56 because I bought another gun that used it, but still. also pms don't show in buffer. not really sure why that is. Batclaw pulls enemies or objects toward you. I don't remember what GLHand does, but it might be similar? Trap is supposed to keep enemies stunned for a few seconds or so.In Mario, most of the items appear on the top of the brick after you hit it, so to take it, you then have to go above the brick and find it. They take effect as soon as you touch them; the only thing that requires further action is fireballs (from flowers).Not all pipes are enterable. Usually, if you have 3 pipe tiles in a row, you can climb down the middle one. There are a few smaller pipes you can use, mostly single-wides in warp zones. and there are a few levels that have horizontal pipes at the end, such as 2-2. But the general rule is, if there is a center, that's the way through.

Boomstick, I cant shoorly say to what level I was only using maylay webbens, but want's I was  playing mostly on syberdine map, I have stopped using maylay.. And also, for those who try to kill other players, that thing all most always happens in the sohers. But, only thing that everyone  can do is to stop using rokits and rpgs and other such thing. Those robots are just shit and  it's stupid vesting expensive ammo for lower level robots, like boomstick said.

Hahaha, that's a neat idea, using the stinger for the first fight with wolf. I'd herd that folks were doing some sort of work to make this little beastie accessible or a walkthrough or whatever, but I'd always been curious how one would do that first wolf battle without sight. Things really opened up for me when I was able to get a decent  automatic at 16, I believe it was. I definitely think melee has it's place in killing some of the real low level bots, I'd not want to waste the cash for ammo to kill the easier ones, but there are also some pre-level 30 things I'd not want to use melee on. The area north of the forest, the road I believe it is, is a good example of this. It was one of the first areas where a robot was shooting back at me with a gun and it was either hit it at range, which requires at least the MP5 or take unpleasant amounts of damage. Once your defense is high enough, you can basically just stand there and let them shoot at you, but at pre-level 30, not so much. Another thing that seems to be not so great is the amount of cash you make from kills, compared to that which you spend to replenish ammo you use for X
 Ping. it might be that there's better weapons to use that allow for less shots per NPC, the shotgun might be an example of this at level 40, but with no real documentation on how the weapons differ from one another, it's difficult to figure out. I honestly figured that this would improve, the higher I got, but even at level 80 now, making cash sucks the big one. Even a friend of mine who's 140 or so says roughly the same thing, which I find to be a little disappointing. Oh, yeah, and this silly bs where explosions from player's rockets and grenades killing you? Apparently this seems to be quite common in certain areas, where people will spamkill lower level players with the grenade launcher, which is a little silly. it does make for a nice quick trip back to the safe zone though. Only my opinion, but if explosions are going to effect players, shouldn't 
 bullets fired from players do the same thing? With the lag we often see on the server, the bullets taking seconds to hit a target, lets have a matrix-style sound so we can hear them coming so we can dodge them. lolNot sure if it's me, but I'd love to go Kung Fu spank ass on some robots too.Ah well, one can always dream.Take care.

Yeah, I can certainly vouch for the mega chain gun, but at least when I had it, I had to get help in getting it. Even then though, it was either use charge as much as I possibly could in a fight to deal as much damage before I'd gotten killed, or I also found that you could sometimes soften some of the NPCs down a bit with explosives. Most things that required you soften them with giving a timed mine to them ended up still being to mean though and they'd just beat the crap out of me, even when I'd taken their hp down. You also have to be careful that an NPC you give a mine to doesn't come into your room after you've given it to him, else the explosion will definitely upset your day. All the same, the game does have some really neat areas, weapons, etc, I just think that it needs to be seriously re-balanced in making some of the areas work for pre-mort l
 eveling to make it more fun for starting out. I think that once you were to make it through two morts though, things would really open up in areas you could safely run and the game would be super fun then.Take care.

the bomb bomb fall is on 21-3, which is very similar to the one on stage 17.@Grryf, once you start levelling up the spirit sword, and now you know how to beat the game, you'll rip through the modes in a fraction of the time it takes to beat normal. I went through them in sequence so not sure how many modes you could bypass to be honest.

D activates the database, O doesn't do any thing, R activates the room controls, in fact I've tried every letter key trying to find the one to activate the door option and found nothing. for story mode, it's either the second last option or the last option in that menu, don't remember which. For everything else, go into options and fin sound settings, shouldn't be that difficult, I don't remember where exactly it is. If you find a slider for music volume, then you're in the right spot. Go up twice and press x. You can then choose if you want all Japanese, all English or on a per character basis.

Anyone still happen to have that?

SLJOh, I didn't know there were more than one barriers. The one I'm referring to is in the area after you swim under the walls So to make sure you know what I've done so far, I'll list it, just to make sure we're on the right page.1. Entered the area.2. picked up the book.3. Swam under the wall to the east.4. Explored everywhere and found the barrier.That's all I've done so far.

well then, if ONJ refuses to update till no SAPI, and now that the main server is down, it would be pretty neat if SLJ could recover us. Joseph has his server, but, it's a last man standing. wish it was team match, though. as for feature suggestions, shitty weapons,  sounds, all I will say is if you want that, download redspot, or any other of it's kind, where you have a 500 by 500 grassy map. there, yes, you do need tracking. but not graphical maps. not to mention that starting out with all weapons, like in other games, leaves no place to improve at all.

I figured out how to get the yoyo weapon at least,and dam but its good. hadn't figured the requirement of huge coils,though.huh, all this time I wasn't even aware that in the landing of 18.2 you could get stuff,had been using 12.4 and changing dials in 18.3 to collect stuff. no wonder I have nothing but shite.After I am done with a few weapons, I am planning on starting on one of the more difficult modes,but not sure which to try next after the normal. I am around level 100 atm, wondering if that's enough or should I get grinding.Grryf

Hi.Well, the game is not for everyone. This is what I'll call a geek game. I've installed the latest version which I got from bagging the project. I'm not sure on what I'm doing wrong, but after the intro, the speech seem to crash. I hear the keyboard clicks when entering letters, but no speech. I'm playing it on my Mac. I'm not sure on how to adjust the speech rade.Well, it's so long time since I played the older demo, so I have pretty much forgotten what to do in the game.
