O gods there are a lot of accessible ps2 games. Hmm where to begin. Shaman king, power of spirits. Snk arcade classics volume 1. Samurai showdown anthology. All the street fighter games you can find. All the tekken games you can find. Midway arcade treasures 1 and 2. Marvel vs capcom 2. Urban reign. That's only what I can think of right now. There still a lot more like capcom classics collection 1 and 2, guilty gear, and some more of those compilation games has accessible stuff in it. If you're using an emulator, the red star might be playable with some patience. Metal slug anthology is also. I heard rumors that some blind gamers can beat metal gear solid 1 2 and 3. Like I said earlier, there are tons more.

I've been off this forum for a long time, but let's see.The metal challenge is actually not as bad as it sounds.  You can't have miners, but at early levels, with your efficiency upgrades, you can generally mine metal better than a bunch of miners could anyway.  Once you complete that, I'd strongly recommend completing the size challenge though.  Carpentry is a game-changer.You generally do not want to rely on gathering speed early on.  Loot from maps is far more rewarding.  Later when you have all of the imports and map caches, gathering speed will be much more important.  It's still worth working on, but the bulk of your resources will definitely be coming from those maps.  I have a question for you higher level players.  is there currently an accessible way of viewing the breeding timer?  I just got my hands on Geneticists earlier today and they're a blast, but not being able to see the breed timer kinda sucks.  I was really frustrated with a level 76 void map so I used all of my food to recruit several hundred Geneticists and it took like 45 minutes for my army to breed... it was awful, but I got an achievement out of it. lol

Hello I am working on Xcode 10 with MAC OS 10.14.Something.But, I am having many issues. Are their settings in xcode, Voice Over, or other things that make it easier.If anyone has any solution to any of these issues. Then please share.1. Dragging Library objects onto storry boards no longer works as shown in IOS developer guide. Because I have to open it with a command and exit to get back to story board.2. Voice over doesn't just read class or function names in the auto completion, but path as well. This is annoying when I only want to know is what function I want to use in my code.3. Voice over will read all the spaces of the indentation on an empty line. it will read out "Space Space Space ...". 4. good free tutorial to swift and app kit or bookshare book.

Slightly different though. Rather than a set number to get the thing, like 3, 5, or 7 in a set time frame, the time frame just resets when you kill an enemy, so the goal is to keep the clock going by killing enemies rapidly.

lol so I just spent 20 minutes fighting rockets more than enemies, and you only get points when the explosions they cause when you blow them up hit enemies. It's fun at times, because the danger is there because then they're firing all out from both sides, they hit each other and you gotta be out of the way, but yeah, spending 20 minutes fighting damn rockets gets old after a while XD.Also, combo kills, how many enemies can you kill, for each, the timer resets, let's say the timer is like 5 seconds, so it starts, it counts down, you shoot 3 guys real quick, it resets, giving you chance to find more. You could have tiered rewards for making a streak. Also you have to keep track of the total time before it resets add it to the current stored time that way you have total, which is used to decide the prize once you finally run out.

Hi Defender,In the original feedback, I suggested blocking, and a notification on whether the action should be allowed or continued to block.This is a problem because many applications, like adobe reader create  perminently running services, and startup entries without asking you first. Also adobe reader creates a scheduled task that automatically checks for updates, this task is re-generated after each adobe reader update, so you have to keep checking and removing it. Some apps add dozens of entries or tasks, and even hide them and give them aronious names so you can't delete them. One annoying one is synaptics touch pad, which has a synaptics caller task, a synaptics service, a synaptics autostart entry, which does not show up in ccleaner and can only be seen in msconfig, and yet another synaptics caller service. Also, I was planning to create one suggesting defender have functionality to automatically uncheck bundled offers in installs.

@22, no, it doesn't protect you from server-side vulnerabilities, but that's not the point of HTTPS. HTTPS is designed to protect and secure the connection between the user agent (browser, bot, ...) and the server, providing authenticity, authentication and privacy (depending on which cipher sweets you choose to use). The intent is to assure the user agent that the site it is visiting is secure and encrypted. And yes, it does prevent malware injections from the connection end. An attacker can't spy on an HTTPS connection and inject malicious _javascript_ into the page, or modify the data stream between the server and client if you go over HTTPS. It won't stop a hijacker from taking over your server and modifying the pages on the server side of things, and it won't stop that same hijacker from taking over the client and modifying it on that end, but again, that's not the point of HTTPS. Its not designed to be a silver bullet, but it is one major component and provides vital assurance that people need these days. That's why browsers do the tests they do these days. If its so unnecessary as you claim, why do so many sites use it, why are browsers so forceful on the issue, and why do browsers display the "not secure" indicator so prominently? If it wasn't so critical then companies like Google wouldn't be pushing it so hard.And, to address your other point, yes, Scammers do use HTTPS. Does that mean we shouldn't use HTTPS across entire sites because scammers use it that way? No, it does not.

I did lower the CPU settings in franchise not due to accessibility, but mainly just to do so. On my PS4 copy of Madden I can do okay against teams that are advancing players.Still, I'd like to partisipate in a connected franchise at some point. In general, I'm looking forward to Madden Franchise because it seems more narrative this time vs. stats. However, there will be text as far as conversations, dialogues, text blurbs for story news and things going on, etc. So, TTS I feel is a must to fully enjoy it. OCR just won't cut it and probably won't read everything.

I've eaten Escargot on a cruze ship once, the site of me eating had my mother running for the bathroom. I've also eaten Chicken pat tie (thai met and noodles dish), wantans (asian fried crab and cheese dish also known as ragoons or crab rolls), and fried rabbit (which was burned to a crisp and ended up tasting like coconut).

What are some exotic foods you have had from around the world, or have on a daily basis?  For me, an American, the most common international cuisine. I have some suggestions for weapons, enemies and items.Drones, when launched, will fly across the map using their hefty machine gun to make waste of the enemies... unless they are shot down.Cars will drive across the map at different speeds and will try to run you down.Sound familiar?Well, cars need drivers, why not add an angry driver in the car trying to kill you with a drive-by passenger.the Chimera! !This beast has a tun of HP, high defenses, and hits hard.To cut it short, your classic RPG boss in a sidescroller shooter.New item... poison darts... self explanatory.Manage to hit an enemy with 1 of these, and watch their health go down until they drop!It's only my opinion, but if different enemy types are added in the future, poison darts should only work on organic enemies (with skin).A flame thrower weapon, which continuously fires should the player hold space, and the enemy burns, there for causing health deterioration.I reckon that the same auganic/skin logic should be applied with the thrower should you wish to take note of it

Everyone has their own opinions as to which language they prefer, though all have their particular uses and certain similarities. I generally recommend python because its powerful, has lots of documentation and libraries, and has a strong community of people to help out if needed. Given your previous experience with GWBasic, you'll probably find some elements familiar, such as variables, loops, if statements, etc.You can get started by grabbing python [here], once thats done you can check out a number of free books such as [Dive Into Python], [How To Think Like A Computer Scientist], or the [Python Practice Book].Once you have a handle on the core language, you can move on to things like Pyglet or Pygame for basic audio, window, and input handling. For more advanced audio you can check out my OpenAL examples [here], for screen reader output you could use Tolk, though its repo is experiencing some issues lately, you can grab an example set [here] that has the files you'd need.If you have any questions about anything, feel free to ask.

I guess they're pushing for a web where all data, no matter how insensitive, is encrypted.@Ethin: Https won't protect you from SQL injection and other types of malware attacks which are server-side. Also, scam sites have been known to use https because people trust the lock icon. Https is meant for browser-to-server security, not server-side security. So I really don't see how just switching to https protects a website from malware injection. As @Ironcross put it, it's mostly overkill at this point.

If Disney Plus gets audio description and an accessible app, I will probably subscribe for a few months. I hope that VoiceOver will work on iOS, and that the website won't be too messed up if you want to watch on a browser. Disney actually seems OK with accessibility as sometimes context dialogues pop up and explain about screen reader usage on their website, so, here's hoping. I wonder how to contact them, actually.

hello all. I came across this app, and I really like it. Its a meditation type app that helps with sleep. I struggle sleeping at night, so I thought to download it. I really loved it, as it has many soundscapes and they are really well made! I tried other meditation apps, but didn't really like them, this was is amazing. However, its very clanky but manageable. I figured how to do use the main part of it, but I know the experience could be much better. And I keep getting emails asking me how the experience has been, as a general email. So, if they are not ready, might I ask what is the point of posting about them and not just waiting until you are ready? It's not like the topic asks if we like the idea, you clearly already developed a good part of it, so why not in the future wait before a release is ready? You are not some huge developer just yet to post topics about future projects hiping people up. People who already have built trust in the community can do that, and even they rarely do it simply because you never know what can happen to a project in the future.

google drive questions about upload status.

I am using google drive on my windows computer. I would like to know what NVDA addon lets you see the status of an upload. What I mean is that I have downloaded the google drive app on to my PC. It is the one that just makes it look like their is a google drive option in my file system. How do I check the status of a file I have put in to that google drive I want to know when one of these files is done uploading. Is their a way to do this that any of you know about? Actually for all the iOs users out there, VDR is a nice option for TV shows, as it keeps your position and you don't have to look for the episode you want each time you start playing. With the audio vault, you (almost) get the convenience of Netflix, without the subtitles and instant streaming.

IMO if you have to lower the cpu settings to play even beyond the norm, it's not accessible. Sorry EA. I personally haven't done it, but I know some who have. I want competition with the madden community in online with hopefully better playing mechanics instead of memorizing play menus and hopefully pressing buttons when it comes to offense/defense. I also want fully accessible mut. That's literally over half the game not available to us, it's not okay with me. If I don't get that I'm saying no thanks to this game.

Something to add to the third statement:Most people use accessible output 2, another lib for communication between the app and the screen reader. However, Tolk maybe easier to set up and get going with, as it comes with everything you need. AO2 on the other hand doesn't, and may give strange errors that are misleading.For python, sound lib is popular for sound, as well as Open Al, though the second one can be more interesting to get going with.

Yeah, everyone is moving to this thing where if your site isn't using TLS globally, it's insecure. I find that to be a bit overkill. Use it where it makes sense to do so. These paranoid security people just make things more difficult for the average Joe with not that much added benefit to the customer, but then, things like this happen, where the web host is harassed with things like your site is insecure, etc. I'm against all that. Encrypt data where it makes sense, passwords, and sensitive account info, account numbers, credit cards, all that stuff. That whole members area of a site should be end to end encrypted, but not just hey, go here and download this free stuff. It doesn't hurt, but it makes things more difficult for the developer.

Dogs, like dogs that come in packs and come at you, but only triggered by some sort of event. Engineers, who set things up like blades, whom, if you hear them at the task, and kill them before hand, they don't get set up, also they could have other obstacles for you, but they are noncombatants, or very limited, and need protection from others while they work.As for weapons, I'm not sure since some things I would think about wouldn't really be effective since one round hits each enemy within its range, so something like a shotgun wouldn't really do anything differently. You could add a bow with higher range and damage than the normal gun, but takes time to draw. You could even have it where you hold down the spacebar to draw, then when the sound stops, you let go to fire, if you let go prematurely, you fire before full draw weight and get a less powerful shot. Sticky bombs, throw them at an enemy, if it hits, it doesn't go off but it sticks, and you get a detonator, you wait until they're close enough to others and blow it, taking out a large group. A microwave gun, which has a low thrumming sound that raises in pitch, you hold space bar down which builds the charge, then it will nuke everything in its path. A greatsword that after you've used it so many times, you get the ability to do a spinning attack which hits enemies on both sides of you as long as they're in reach. Nunchucks could be a decent, midrange melee option, but only if you time it right when hitting space. You'd have to listen to the sound and find the pace at which you keep swinging to keep it going. If you mess up, you could lose it and stop, or maybe even hit your own self in the head or something. A satellite bomb. You go into a view in which you can quickly traverse the entire map and see enemies, you find the densest concentration, hit space to mark that location, and a plane flies over and bombs it. Tear gas canisters which stun them and let you kill them without much risk to yourself.

I get the concept, I can destroy with 3 shots of machine gun, but working to that point is annoying. I don't suggest stopping them altogether, I just suggest backing down them, or adding a min time before they can launch so you don't get so many in close formation that you can't jump all of them, or waste so much ammo.

Does anyone know of any good digital field recorders that don't require any software menu setting up, like on LED screens. Something like https://www.fostexinternational.com/doc … 2LE.shtml.I don't care if it still has a screen as long as it isn't required to select through menus to set things up. I think the the RF-2 LE is mostly analog, but still has things that can only be done through the soft menu like setting up a memory card and choosing the input. At least that's what I gathered through the reviews.I want a high quality, portable recorder that will accept high quality mics for recording sounds for effects. But I can't see, and so much these days have gone to LED screens as the interface.Does anyone have any suggestions?

I find a lot of sites doing this nowadays, running over secure connections when they really don't need to. I didn't poke around the site too much, but are you encrypting because of registration? Is that case you can just secure the parts of the site that deal with your registration script or members-only areas where people will be entering passwords; it's overkill to require ssl on the whole website. That will solve your updating problem.For example when TDV was commercial I had it enforce ssl in the members' area. And, because I could never be sure if the user was using the same password for both the forum and members area I also enforced ssl on the forum. Other than that, the rest of the site was plain http. This prevented me from having to release an update to the tdv auto updater back then that would tell it to switch to tls when checking for updates (whoever doesn't see this post won't know that they have to re-download your games manually, so it's a bad decision in terms of user experience here.)

Hi.I bought Matten 18, hoping I could learn to play the game. I totally respect the awesome menu guide and other guides which has been written for this game, but it was sadly not enough for me to get used to the game.Then Matten 19 was announced, I was really hoping for a lot of accessibility improvements. The only thing I noticed was the main menu was narrated, but not any of the sub menus. I got very disappointed, because I knew if I bought the game, I would just end up with the same experience like Matten 18. So I skipped.EA Games know everything about TTS etc. so they have the choice of implement it into Matten 20 if they want.

It really depends. No person will be totally truthful. Take me, for example. I'll tell you to use python and give you 100 reasons why, but someone else, say, Ethan, would tell you that you shouldn't use Python because C++ is better. Each thing you learn has it's own flaws and advantages. Look around, type your question into google, do some research, and then choose for yourself.
