Re: A troubling error relating to Jaws
I use BGT so I get no errors with the output libraries, unless I'm trying to get SAPI4 working. I know nothing about other languages like Python. But try the solution which was in post 2, although I'd backup the directory he toled you to delete, just
Re: announcing a new sound library!
@1, Yep, sounds very good. However, I'm no expert. And critiques? It's not free. Every sound library and software on the internet should be free. But that doesn't change the fact that the sounds are excellent.I'll be keeping an eye out for this on some

I can't understand all this hatred towards bgt. Bgt is awesome and you should admit it. But if I had to choose one besides it, it would be C++.RegardsT-m

Re: TrainSim
One thing I'd really like to see in a game like this is the ability to drive over people, shoot other cars, poisoning the food on the train and so on. All car sims are just drive, open the doors maybe, avoiding crashes and so on. We need something more fun.RegardsT-m

Re: I Wanna Smack Python Upside the Head
Yep, Python isn't always great. For one thing, you need an external module to compile Python in to .exe files. For another, it has horrible syntax and requires indentation. And then there's the thing you got into with it. I would use BGT or C++
Re: Getting started with coding audiogames in Python?
Oriol, you may have heard something like this before, but BGT is good, so why do you even need to switch. I agree that JS is bad, but why did you switch? But if you really want a cross-platform language, try C++, although I don't know
Re: 3d audio in bgt?

Re: My idea to encourage people to use Python and make more games with it
Well, Python is very slow, and although BGT is not as fast as something like C++, it has much better syntax than Python, although I'd like to learn Python too because NVDA was made with it.Best regardsT-m

Re: Where to find the MPro bgt include?
Ok, maybe it takes a few hours, but I prefer writing most things myself instead of using premade includes.@14, Sorry, I'm no expert at Python. I use BGT, and when that can't give me what I want, I create a dll in C++.Best regardsT-m

Re: Helpful, Set of BGT scripts I made
Well, a clipboard writer is already in BGT and it's easy as hell. And the other scripts are so simple to make that this set isn't really that helpful. But great work anyway, to put this together. There's too much hatred towards BGT on the forum right
