Hellothe problem is that I don't know what should I rename, there isn't just one file, there are multiple folders and files, there is readme but it says only what the addon is doing.

Definitely Eclipse. You even have addons for it if you're using NVDA, each time you click save you will hear beep sound which indicates that you have made a mistake somewhere.
