Hi, It ran great after pressing enter twice to get it going, but I selected it after switching synths and it either does not speak, or only reads some things. I didnt get the conditions page again either, and even tried restarting NVDA, but no luck

Check your notification area. How it works is I believe you sign into your Microsoft account when installing, and once its activated, you have a free copy you can clean install after burning it to dvd or a usb stick.

My friend, who is on an s6, said he was having trouble setting up paypal. Even through itunes on the computer signing up that way, he couldn't get passed selecting paypa, and he uses windows. Thoughts?

I emailed Apple accessibility about these issues, and they said they only officially support Window-eyes. I went ahead and installed a copy of it, and it does appear to work better than it does with NVDA or Jaws.

It keeps your folders in tact, and makes it so you don't have to know complicated keys. It's all by link, but you still have that option to add via a key
