The time it happened to me was just at the start of a wave. I'm currently running a Windows 10 laptop with enough pure power to handle the newest mainstream releases, so I doubt it's something related to lacking memory or something like that. I've just been using NVDA.

Actually... a couple small things. What's the tab key supposed to do? It doesn't seem to actually achieve anything at the moment.Also, when you use the snapp keys, what seems to result is a never ending flood of the direction you just turned to from the screen reader, though thankfully if you press left or right, it stops. I'm using NVDA, if that matters.

Yes, it does... lol make sure you're right on top of what you're trying to pick up.So back on 3-3... the read me says this stage is randomized... but I'm curious, how much of it is random? Because my travel point is at like 1200 something, and I apparently have 3 minutes. lol even spamming constant jumps, not sure I can make that with the wheels, ladders, trying not to fall through gaps and one of the first sections I have which needs me to drop down several platforms like in the previous level. Unless there's something I'm not seeing?

I'm inclined to agree with 223 to an extent... because at the end of the day, you want people to play your game. So it depends what you want, really.If you, say... have your own vision for a game that makes it a super hard one by design, you're gonna have players, sure. But not nearly as many as you would otherwise. But yes, there should be a line there IMO. Not every feature request needs to be implemented, and not all the parts people complain about need to be toned down.

The trick I found to that level is to constantly be running, and to use the object menu to your advantage. Mainly, its knowledge of exactly how far away the next mine is. You can basically ignore everything else.

Agreed with 129... a three attack system isn't strictly necessary IMO. Maybe two at best, depends what you guys wanna go for. Light and heavy? Also means you can have better control over a combo system.

Has anybody managed to actually pass 2-2? lol I'm having no luck... if I just try to run, the momentum system usually means if I try to just skim past a mine, the running landing means I'll land right on it. If I try to be precise, I get shot to hell and back. Even with about 30 in both stats, something's actually doing pretty respectable damage, not actually sure if it's the turrets or the drones.

For 1-3, it's basically just a gauntlet. Keep killing them, eventually they'll stop coming.  What also helps is the machine gun on the truck on the left... that thing is brutal. Blow all your PMC ammo though first.

Actually, on the subject of the rage demo... it's weirdly slow. Like it shows you how to do it, but way slower than it actually has to be. The best speed I've gotten with it is about 3 quarters of a second between hits, which works pretty consistently.

So... first impressions and thoughts, in no particular order.I actually like the momentum thing you have going, though it makes precision jumping from platform to platform actually kinda awkward until you get used to it.Love the sounds and music, no complaints whatsoeverMelee combat isn't quite as in depth as I was hoping for, but that's okay. I can live without a combo system.I don't quite understand how raising attack and defense works, though. I managed to raise them both to 4 after I think it was the tutorial, but after that they never went up again.2-2 is chaotic and horrifying, and I'm currently stuck. I shall try again tomorrow, because I'm slightly tired.  I like the idea, though. Now just getting through it...I'm unsure if this is intentional or not, but once you get the rage timing down, it's very possible to just stand in one spot and spam it, either to heal or to just slowly widdle down a crowd.When the read me refers to hidden weapons, I'm very curious now, because I haven't actually managed to find a single one. I may or may not be missing something obvious, we'll see.But I do enjoy what I've played so far and will most likely be backing.

Yeah, what Aron said. Rename the lua folder to Yellow-lua or something, then just straight up copy it over.I do like the idea of that though, I will say. But my next play whenever I get around to it will be finishing Crystal Clear first, just because I never actually did and there's been so much work done on it, especially in Kanto. Also the idea of sandbox Pokemon with scaling gym leaders is just... cool.

@jayde Yeah, that's what I'm saying. lol I guess because of the limited memory, all of the cabins are technically on a single map. So there isn't much the scripts could do about it... that I could think of. You can note the same thing if you play Crystal in the Ice Path, the two sides of the first level will actually show up together, despite the fact that there's no way to actually get between them without a wall code. You'll see items and even the exit to Blackthorn, but you kinda have to just ignore it and carry on.

I'm actually not sure there's a way to fix that map thing... blame it on the actual game, I suppose. Because the game itself treats everything like that as single maps, whole reason a walk through walls code actually works in areas like that.

Yeah, I had to gameshark the Ruins puzzles to get the unown to show up. Aside from that though, it's perfectly workable.@jayde, a little OT possibly, but have you heard of the Crystal Clear romhack? You may or may not be interested if Crystal is one of your favorites... basically turns it into a wide open sandbox. Pretty impressive piece of coding. Though its workability with the existing scripts is... a bit clunky, so you might not wanna mess with that at the moment unless you have a fair bit of patience.

Yeah... for me personally, SC always wins, hands down, every time. Both mechanically and playerwise, despite the fact that the hosts can sometimes be... um. But your fellow players are at least most of the time on your side, because unlike Miriani, there are actual consequences for your actions in game. That, and vector locking via tracking is infinitely preferable to typing focus a billion times any day.But you don't have to worry about being stunned for little to no reason, or being stranded... or even just saying the wrong thing. Because while you might be judged, nobody's actually going to just randomly attack you. Also the whole of the battlesuit combat system, which basically turns part of the game into essentially MMORPG raids on a smaller scale, which is frickin' amazing at higher level play.

@janagirlIf you like, you can send me a private message with your save. I won't complete it for you, but what I can do is give some more detailed instructions. Because yes, when I first did it I needed some help too, I had a friend who'd played the game when she still had some vision. But I'm nowhere near that part of the game right now, lol.The short answer of it though is, if you can get the farfetch'd to that place where you're blocked off from the east and west and can only seem to talk to it from the south? Move I think west a little bit to try and find a way to loop around to its north or east side. I can't remember which... but that's the biggest thing. Get it out of that little narrow part, and it should be clear which way to make it fly from there to get it back to its trainer.I hope this helped. If not, drop me your save and I can either write better instructions or record myself doing it.

Judging by their quality over the years, and the fact that their games generally all have had stuff to do apart from just playing the game... Gekiransen has unlockable characters and modes, Shadow Line... Dreamy Train also had stuff to do though I never did play that one myself... I'm pretty sure there will be. Quick suggestion some air types may like...Could wind force please, please be made 100 percent accurate? I personally feel like for what may be the strongest pure air type special attack, barring a few dual typed moves or some found on mythicals, it's... kinda meh. Although if there's any pure air special attack move that's stronger I don't know about it, someone please correct me. @jayde Ehh, fair enough. Question would be though how hard it'd actually be to do. lol In my mind, it'd just be, is this mon in the first spot of your party? No? Okay, don't play the sound. I know sometimes when coding it actually can be that simple, but not sure about Manamon specifically. But not playing the sound is definitely possible... levelup herbs are proof.

I agree with the music player at least, if not my battle music menu from my post somewhere above. Shadow line and 2 of the Bokubo games had it, it's a really cool thing to just be able to pick a track and listen.Another quality of life suggestion... would it be possible to not have the game play that experience counter sound for mons which aren't the first one in your party? Especially in postgame, if you're just grinding up a low level one for completion, it... kinda gets really obnoxious. Not gonna lie. lolActually, one more thing. Would it be possible to add life tonics, levelup herbs and full revives to the sulee marketplace, if nowhere else in the case of full revives? Since you have to dump over a million gold into that place to get access to everything anyways, by the point, 99 percent chance the player's already in postgame so they'd just help reduce the grind slightly.

So... I know this is probably a longshot, but would it ever be feasible and/or even possible to get a Manamon 2 soundtrack? There's some really good stuff in here that I'd love to just be able to put on and listen to every now and again.On the subject of music... suggestion time! I'm not sure who else would be interested in this, but I'd personally love it if after you finished the Requia story, you got access to a sort of music menu where you could choose your battle music for feral encounters and tamers. Like you could have classic Manamon, Manamon 2, Requia... if you were so inclined, you could also have this option for stadium leaders or bosses, so if you wanted to hear, say... Eshkan's battle theme, you could also do that. This one would also take considerably more work than my previous one though, I would assume.

@424 I can't really speak for everybody, but I'd personally make use of it in a heartbeat. It's definitely a small difference in terms of time saved, but over all for people like myself it makes things much, much more convenient, especially when using a certain item to look for... things.

I actually caught that thing too, it doesn't actually seem that bad. I wish there was a way to easily tell how good a Manamon's stats were though... and by stats I mean globally, so like a kind of manamon tier list. Or like a Pokemon Crystal faq I used while I was pplaying which lists all the maximum stats of every Pokemon, and where they rank out of the 251. How people managed to get all that info? Not a clue, must've taken ages to compile.

If you throw items vertically, you lose horizontal range. Not quite sure what thee exact calculations are. But general rule of thumb... 10 vertical means you'll be throwing straight up or down, yes.
