There is no exact proof though that shows that the sounds they claim belong to them actually belongs to them. This requires some investigation so I will be contacting them to see if there can be some proof behind all this, especially since lots of what I have been receiving has been plain words with no proof behind all of it. The vote didn't tie. 22 people said yes that I should keep the sounds, and 20 said no, that I should just replace them. I had already started replacing the sounds before I had realized the votes had reached that point, until I was forced to make up my mind about the whole thing. They only thing they told me would happen is the admins would be contacted to remove the topic and the link from the AudioGames.net forum.

Like I said, I'm working on removing the sounds. I removed all of them yesterday but need to re-sort some stuff.I was actually talking with Omar yesterday on SBYW and I apologized. I hadn't realized that several of those sounds were his, because I've heard them in various places and no one cared. They didn't have any tags on them to identify them, and they seemed legal because they were being used everywhere else. So I did what he told me and I simply warned the players that their maps would be affected by thsi process.

When you say that you are not sure of something, you're not saying that you know that they are absolutely involved in what went down.  You are saying that you don't have any high regard for them being involved, or in other words, you do not believe they are involved in it. That is not backpedaling at all, it is simply saying that they don't have any involvement. I do not believe they have any, at all. In fact I know this because I was privately told so by one of their members.I am not sure if there is some incorrect translation going on here, or incorrect context. But post 80 was reflecting on the sound list, and then I switched over to a different topic about that message. I said I wasn't sure if Phantom Creations was involved. That doesn't mean they are. Did I say that? Absolutely not. Did I blame them? Absolutely not. I remained neutral on the whole thing and said I wasn't sure. I didn't say they were definitely involved.

Golden Crayon was using a lot of code I had already set aside for future projects. Using the suggestions and feedback my other ROTU developers gave me.But now that you guys say that I should only work on what I'm devoted to working on, how can I do that when half the things I'm devoted to aren't even wanted by this community?This is how I feel. And criticize me all you want after this. But I am sure lots of other people will agree.We developers release a project. It's something that people have been wanting us to do. They want that type of project because quote on quote, they miss so so game. Let's take Redspot for example. Do you know how many individuals I heard on about half the games I played that complained that they wanted Redspot back. Heck, even Crazy Party was full of the Redspot protest.But this is what happens. When we try to re-release something that people wish they had, rather than trying to constructively give us feedback on what needs to be improved, they go right ahead and discharge disrespectful statements about it's weak points.When you people are saying developers aren't making long-lasting projects, when you people are saying we aren't putting effort into our content, and when you people are complaining that we aren't listening to feedback, have you even thought of the way you are giving the feedback? Or have you simply thought of trying to make the dev do what you want. K, this dev is dislikable. Let's just not play his projects, let's just move on. Nope, there are some people who for some reason need someone to throw their anger on, and it has to be the devs they have high disregards for.Now I'd like to respond to R-D-productions.Rather than tossing me out the window, how about trying to learn off my mistakes and go do better things. My beats are trash? Okay, perhaps they are. Go make better ones then, I'm sure you could accomplish a lot more than I can when I make my music. I wish you luck.And that's my point. I told him the factt hat he shouldn't have chosen such a name in the first place, because 1. it would cause issues, and 2. it was inappropriate. I specifically told him that changing his name would be the best choice. But after I heard nothing back, I left him alone.Before this, Jaidon had insulted Khalil2009, and had been jailed due to doing this, because he had went very far with his insulting, and I quote from Jaidon, "I wanted this to happen."The next time that he insulted was when he began to insult Pax. I had told him that if he continued to insult he'd be banned. Bastard told Jaidon to keep on insulting to make the ban become a reality. So he went ahead and did so. I banned him, and now we return to Bastard.Oh, Tunmi, why did you ban him. Because he had insulted two other times. Even before he was actually jailed he had insulted as well. I had been way too patient with him.Then I come back to Bastard and say, you see what I mean now. Your name is causing issues. I've had enough, please change it. Then he starts saying change it to fuck off, because I had warned him before that his name would not be a good choice back in the past, even though I warned him about two months earlier that situations like this may happen. So, this was totally not out of anger. It's sheer truth. Pax also insulted Bastard, and I warned him. But you want to know why Bastard's insulters didn't get banned? Because 1. I wasn't there, neither were any admins at that time, and 2. He never wrote admin tells about them, and if he did, they were either A. insults about his name, which, I had already warned him about, or B. they were just attempts to cause unnecessary drama.This was totally not done out of anger, if that's waht people believe.

In no way is this meant to call you out, but you seem to be the type that would exclude your entire drive / disable your anti-virus software, in fact I believe last I spoke with you you had said something like this. Please, for malware's sake. Do, not, do, it!I know that sometimes its tempting, since BGT is known to have viruses ready to be unleashed at your anti-virus, but it only makes your risk greater than what it is when you actually have something to guard against those threats. I you are going to exclude anything, I suggest excluding specific items, and not the entire drive, probably not even folders either. Don't make the same mistake I did.

It's because such an event has a miniscule probability of occurring and even more of a miniscule chance of succeeding with your current developer composition.

I only ended up excluding specific folders.Strangely though, I saw that Wocatac originated from quite a few games. In no way is this to discourage people from playing / downloading these games, or to criticize the game itself, but I believe I got Wocatac from 3DYW and Renova Music.But the strangest thing is usually Defender notifies me about a virus even if the folders are excluded. In this case it remained very silent. So I probably won't be adding exclusions to my system anymore, just excluding specific files.

If you make an offhand joke about a sexual topic they come out hard on you with their admin flags on like we've just said we're going to distribute a link to a clone, even though sometimes they are the ones who are hypocrites and talk about some of those topics as well. I got flipped on by one of the admins just for telling one of my friends to calm down when she was mad over an issue, and they were like, no. You are interfering. I was like, so helping a friend is breaking the rules? Wow.

I do not know everything Cross. There is no need to assume that. I am simply getting help from the people around me. I am using my resources. There are no co devs of this game. Not really sure why you are still assuming that. I made the game on my own, however there are still some things that I do agree I need to work on. Yup. And bringing back old past mistakes is supposed to make a dev get better. Dragging developers through the mud is supposed to help them improve. You keep forgetting that as a co developer you don't really have much say in what the main dev does. It's still Mohamed's game. I know it does not void what I have done. I've learned quite a bit from developing this game. But dragging our names through the dirt won't make people get any better, espeically since there's really no point in it. I wish some people understood that we are humans as well. But people just expect us to have metal shields strapped to our chests which they are able to throw attacks at and expect us to withstand the blows. There is a difference between dragging  names through dirt with actual meaning, than doing it over and over again until the dirt begins to crack, and age, and crumble. At that point, it becomes rude, disrespectful, and offensive. Especially since we are aware of our mistakes. but this community has a very interesting habbit of loving to use developers' pasts as a forged weapon.

@ Igna I also have to agree with what you said. I was the only other co-developer. Silak wasn't exactly a developer, he was more like, a helper. He was giving us tips to get rid of lag, which really helped since in localhost, we went from pings up in the 40s down to the low 20s.
