How do I get started composing music with reaper Hi all. First, you've probably seen that I haven't posted on the forum for about 6 months, and that is because I needed time to reflect on what I said in my previous topic. For those who are interested, see my topic history, I'm too lazy to find it. The topic's name is I'm mad at this forum. The point is that I'm sorry for what I did, and I will try not to let my anger get in the way next time. Now for the main reason I created this topic.So, today, I bought computer midi keyboard from Mason, so I could compose music. I followed the guide on how to connect it to reaper, and now I don't know how to actually play notes. Do I need to install midi instruments to play, or are there already instruments built into reaper? How do I insert new instruments into reaper? Please answer as many of my questions as possible. Re: I am mad at this forum For those who don't know me, I was bopitmaster34, until I changed my name, so that's why I brought up my past, and I was mad about how the forum just discourages me when I release games and at least try to provide people with some means of entertainment. I know I made mistakes, and I owned up to them and I don't want people mentioning them. I code my own games now. I don't even use open source map templates anymore like when I used to code games based off of zombie arena code. So? I am mad at this forum Ok, so the title says what I will be talking about. I'm done with the blind community treating me like an outsider. I know I deserved it when I was involved with clones, but even after I stopped cloning games, you still treated me like crap. There were very few people who actually supported me and encouraged me while I was tryingto move away from clones. Also? I don't like how entitled most of you are. You want more audiogames, yet you don't bother even trying to learn a programming language. Want redspot to come back? Learn bgt. Better yet, learn python. I wantit back too, but complaining won't do anything. If I wanted something so badly, I would code it. So, that sums up what I wanted to say. I've had it. You either treat me better, or I'm leaving.
