Looking for keyword to text conversion tools

Looking for keyword to text conversion tools I have a folder full of my old .kwd files from the braille note that I borrowed, but would like to be able to go through them and have them converted to text documents of some kind that is more commonly recognized by your standard pc. Any ideas
