I'm quite fond of the sound effect myself. That's interesting that it still works on modern versions of Windows, I may try it on my computer running Win10 to see what it does. I doubt it will break anything.

It works on Windows 7, not sure on 10 though. If nothing else, you have a hilarious sound effect.

Does it even work still? it was made for something like windows 98/me/2k/xp. Sound effect isn't bad though.
