Ok here goes what i do.I am doing atleast 120 push ups per day, 120 situps, 5 planks for 5 min each, and i use weights to do bisep and trisep curls. this will help you build up some good mussel. i am not saying start of with what i am doing, start with around 20 of each or 10 if you feel like. This will help you build up some good mussel.All i can recomend you to do if you want to gain some nice weight, is to eat, eat and eat a lot. I personaly eat every thing i can, but mostly protine.try to avoid coffee. not totaly, but rather drink like 1 or 2 cups if you can. if you don't want to drink any coffee, don't. the reason why i am saying this, is during exersising, you will feel fine, and then all of a sudden, you will not feel in the mood to go on any more. this happened a few times to me. Note: this is not what the internet says, i am just sharing my personal experience with you. and due to your kidnies, I don't know what effect this will have on you, but i drink 2 USN shakes per day. one for pre workout and another one for post workout.Note that if you drink these shakes, you need to drink a lot of water, as this has a lot of creatine in them. once i felt pain in my kidnies, and did some research that you need to drink a lot of water as creatine has some effect if you don't drink enough water long with it. I like the blind alive ones, but you can also find many others online and most of the time they are also text described... of course, when doing anything for the first time its best if you can get someone to watch you... and what exactly are your goals? it can be losing weight or getting stronger or gaining more muscle, or toning up... this also depends on the intensity, reps and so on that you would do.
