Either get sighted help, or call their tech support, which I don't think is a toll free number so you may be responsible for any long-distance costs if you're outside the states. Waves also has a massive customer base, and plenty of happy customers which is the reason they can afford to have massive discounts on plugins in the first place. I don't see them becoming accessible any time soon. But their tech support is very understanding and will usually handle the teamviewer session no questions asked, even though it's probably not their usual call. Just be nice about it since the support team themselves are helpful. Waves tune real-time is mostly accessible with its touchable parameters for configuring the retune speed and similar stuff.The rest of the work (Such as changing the input type) is possible through win10 OCR (That's what i tested that with).Keep in mind, There are two versions of waves tune; Real-Time and LT. What you need is the Real-Time version.Don't know if even working with the LT version is possible. I still couldn't get it to work.
