Use Proton VPN.It has a free plan with limited servers and payed plane with a lot of servers and an ability to download torrents and such.The Proton VPN client is almost accessible, and you can also get it's open vpn configs and use proton

It, is, but wireguard is much, much better if you want to go down that rout. Faster, mostly, and also importing profiles is much less of a process
