Install the program and choose the wizard option which will guide you through the whole process. A word of warning.If you have deleted something from your system drive, do not install recovery software on that drive after the fact, since that will very likely overwrite the very thing you're trying to recover. Once something is overwritten, it's gone forever. Also, if you deleted something from a solid state drive (SSD) and that drive supports Trim and Trim is working, you can probably kiss that data goodbye seconds after you delete it, with no chance of recovery by any program.
