Go to settings, system, reset this pc, and click delete everything. Then wait a few hours. Then you'll be on the set up screen. If you must reinstall Windows 8, you need to use the talking Windows preinstallation environment. SO basically you get an ISO of that, boot it, and since it comes with NVDA you will get speech right away. Then you insert a USB drive or a DVD with Windows 8 already on it, and run the setup.exe file. From there you will be able to follow the procedure as usual.To boot from a disk or USB, for the first time you need some sighted help. Generally, Google your laptop name or your motherboard model if you are using a desktop, how to change boot device. It should tell you what key you need to press when your device is starting up to show the boot menu, and there you can select the CD/USB. If there is no quick boot menu available, you have to change the boot device from the Bios itself, both of which require sighted help the first time to find out the order of the options.
