Re: Changing Talkback volume with volume buttons? Nah, but what you can do is go in and set it to a certain percentage of the media volume so its not overshadowing stuff. Just use your down, right gesture to upen the circle menu, and move to the top right, i think, of the screen to talk back settings and let go, you'll find it in there. That's really annoying, if I'm in a noisy environment I don't want to have to try and navigate to speech settings possibly not being able to hear it, and if the volume is too high there's going to be loud speech until I can turn it down. Plus speed; it doesn't take very long to get to settings, but it's much quicker to just press the buttons. This is honestly a huge turn-off of Android for me. Re: Changing Talkback volume with volume buttons? What I usually do to turn TB's volume up or down is have TB speak then adjust the volume while it is speaking. You see, the notification sounds are independent of the music volume, which also corresponds to the volume of your TTS. This is unlike iOS, where turning up or down the volume will turn up or down your entire system, but on Android, when you don't have music or speech, pressing the volume keys will turn up and down notification noises. So, in other words, have TalkBack speak or play some music and turn your volume up or down while that's going on, and that will solve your problem.
